Tasks – It is a basic time report that lists all the tasks and their details logged by users.

Time by projects – It is an aggregated time amount report grouped by projects

Time by people – It is an aggregated time amount report grouped by people (team members)

Types of time report views

Each of those reports can have three types of views, each of them are just different types of data aggregation (month/week/day):

Months – For time by projects and time by people it aggregates data by months. For tasks, the time report groups data by months, so that months are separated in the report from each other.

Weeks –  For time by projects and time by people it aggregates data by weeks. For tasks, the time report groups data by weeks, so that weeks are separated in the report from each other.

Days – For time by projects and time by people it aggregates data by day. For tasks, the time report groups data by days, so that days are separated in the report from each other.

Sharing time reports

You can share time report in three different ways:

Copy public link – Copy a link to the public version of your time report. Users who open the link will see the data you see. They can filter it down, go into details. Each public time report has a unique ID and is accessible only to people who have the link. Please keep in mind that it is a public link, which means that viewers don’t have to sign in to timesheets. Whenever you share a link, make sure you share it with people you trust.
